DGE has developed a production vehicle bus interface module for DGE has developed a production vehicle bus interface module for Dodge Truck.  The Dodge Truck Upfitter Module (DTUM) provides OEM-approved access to the vehicle speed and RPM signals.  The DTUM reads the signals from the vehicle bus and provides variable frequency pulse outputs that may be used as necessary by aftermarket applications.

Example applications include ambulance and street sweeper conversions.

The DTUM draws upon DGE's experience in designing network gateway modules and vehicle bus interfaces for development vehicle applications as a Tier 1 automotive supplier.  The DTUM is based upon DGE's Gateway3 Development Platform which translates the industry standard CAN vehicle networking protocol.
